Transactions not Posted

 

This report details which transactions are not posted.  Expected transactions are excluded (there is a separate report for expected transactions). There is an option to include posted transactions if you wish.

The user is able to select which transaction types the report should include.

The report will have an individual worksheet for each type of transaction selected by the user given that there are some unposted transactions of that type. A worksheet named 'Overview' gives a list of all the transaction types the user selected, and the number of these that are unposted, along with an overall total.

The date range will filter the report to a more precise period. By default, transactions before 1st January 2005 are excluded. N.B. The date range is inclusive (i.e. it will include transactions on the dates input).

An account status may be selected. The report will include the status(es) selected. (I.e. if 'Open Accounts' is selected then only the transactions in an open account will be displayed).

When the Run button is clicked, the multi-filter will be displayed so that you can filter on schemes of 1 administrator etc.
