Scheme Data – Version 12 Changes

 

 

Basic Details:

 

Client References. Omni used to select a scheme using a scheme code. These codes are no longer used and a scheme can now be selected using the Scheme Name or a Client Reference. For existing schemes, the previous scheme code has been used as the initial client reference. On the ‘Scheme, Amend Scheme’ screen the ‘Reference’ can be amended.

 

Third Party. In the SIPP database, the new ‘Third Party’ box can be ticked if SIPPs administered by third parties are stored in the database. In this situation, it is suggested that the scheme name starts with the name of the third party administrator.

 

Tax tab:

 

Data Protection Act . The security number can now be stored as well as the Registration No.

 

PAYE. If the scheme operates its own payroll for pensioners then the ‘Employer Ref’ and the ‘Online Ref’ can be stored

 

Dates and Regulator

 

Client Agreement. The date that the client agreement was sent to the client can be stored.

 

Last Valuation. The user can store the date of the last scheme valuation that was sent to the client.
